His Abundance.
We give because He is generous.
We give because it is His already.
We give because He supplies for all our needs.
We give because He has blessed us immensely.
We give because He ask us to give & trust Him.
We give to a big God who does great things through obedient people.

  At Maranatha this is something we do as a church family. We give generously to a generous God who does more than we can hope, think, or imagine. In the Old Testament we see the Tithe given freely in gratitude and honor back to the Lord, then as a command of the Law, and expounded on as a contractual promise from the prophets. In the New Testament we see a return to free-will overflowing generosity. This generosity supported the local church & elders, other churches, missionaries & evangelist, orphans & widows, and the needs of the body of believers. Because of this, the leadership of Maranatha has decided to give what we call a "tithe of the tithe," dedicating the first 10% of all the church's "income" to missions projects and missionaries around the world. We also give generously & distribute funds to meet needs of our church family, support the function and ministry of the local church and leadership, bless other churches, and care for the least of these.

Our prayer is for people all over the world to know Jesus because of what is given.
